My son is 27 with ASD and since finding a job through Nicole’s efforts and her ongoing support he is gaining his independence and learning about real life responsibilities too. This is his first job and he is very proud to have saved his own money to buy a car and is now saving for his next goal of moving out of home and living independently. These are all achievements that we didn’t know if they were possible or not a few short years ago.
