Nicole started working with my son (18 years) almost 18 months ago and during that time I have seen a change in his confidence and willingness to gradually try new things.  Whilst it hasn't always been plain sailing,  Nicole has taken every challenge that has been thrown at her and adapted her approach many times to work with my son.   Nicole is patient, calm, reliable, relatable and does not waiver when faced with a challenge. 

She takes her time to develop a relationship with the client, getting to know their likes and dislikes and build their trust in her.  Nicole has a genuine interest in the client as well as the extended family. There have been many times that I have reached out to Nicole just to brainstorm ideas and Nicole has always been most welcoming and offering a kind word when times are tough. 

Nicole has been willing to work with other key stakeholders for the benefit of the client so that they are all working on the same page.  When an issue has arisen Nicole has reached out, undertaken her own research on the issue to better familiarise herself with dealing with the issue. 

I believe that this willingness to learn new things and take the approach that "one size doesn't fit all" is testament to Nicole's genuine care and support she offers each individual client.
